Terms and conditions of pricing                                                                                                    

Terms of sale are cash or good check when lumber leaves mill or is delivered.  For lumber not paid for at time of sale

a 10% surcharge is added.  A 2.5% discount on sales over $500. 5% discount on sales over $1000.  This does not include special orders.  Delivery is $2.50 a loaded mile.  50% deposit on all special orders. Dimension (2X) wood is hemlock unless otherwise specified.  1" boards are pine unless specified otherwise.
